Policies

As a parent, you play an important role in guiding your children through the importance of the 3p2 training regime. Our training follows decades long studies of proven protocols designed to get the most out of your time and resources spent staying with the course. Why? 3p2 requires that training facilities provide documentation of ADA compliance and their ability to accommodate special needs of participants prior to booking a reservation. Instructors are made aware of participants that have physical, sensory, emotional and/or learning disabilities and their special needs requests in advance of the course. It is the responsibility of the trainer and/or designated support personnel to ensure that the proper accommodation has been met or to seek assistance from a facility liaison when necessary on the day of the course. 

Cancellations: 3p2 reserves the right to determine the appropriate remedy for any in-person training activity cancelled for unforeseeable circumstances. Participants may only transfer to a video training course or another in-person training session at a later date. No refunds are permitted.
